Integral Iluminación, a commercial building designed by Jannina Cabal, spans 1,050 m² and occupies two diamond-shaped plots oriented from north to south. The design features two distinct volumes on the main facade: one wrapped in a geometric fabric based on a diamond pattern and the other a simple gl، prism elevated on an exposed metal structure to create parking ،e beneath. The building has three levels: the first with parking, dining, and exhibition ،es; the second with sales, meeting, and conference rooms; and the third dedicated to operations and management. The facade uses a steel and aluminum structure covered in a custom gray textile lit by RGB LED reflectors, allowing color changes. The interior emphasizes simplicity with concrete floors, white walls, and an open courtyard.

The Integral Iluminación commercial building is oriented from north to south and occupies two diamond-shaped plots, totaling 1,050 m².

The main facade features two distinct volumes: one is wrapped in a geometric-patterned fabric inspired by the diamond plan, broken into irregular triangles, and the other is a simple two-level glazed prism raised on an exposed metal structure, creating parking ،e beneath a large roof.

The building has three proposed levels. The first level includes the parking area, gate, dining room, exhibition room, and lobby with a view of the interior garden. The upper level contains a double-height area with upper windows, additional sales and exhibition ،es, meeting and conference rooms, a cinema, and storage areas. The entire third level is dedicated to operations, management, design, and administration.

Facade panels consist of a mixed metal structure of steel and aluminum, wrapped in a medium gray textile specifically developed for outdoor use. This light-permeable mesh fabric is illuminated by RGB LED reflectors, which are part of an automation system that controls the building’s color changes. The facade also incorporates exposed dark gray metal structures with large gl، surfaces in select areas.

The interior design emphasizes simplicity, featuring materials such as concrete floors, white walls, ceilings, and furniture. Despite being a commercial project with limited windows facing the street, the entrance opens to naturally lit areas with an interior courtyard and a fountain, serving as focal points for ground-floor circulation.
